OSU Medical Center
Experiencing a dire shortage of hospital beds at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, OSU Medical Center needed to convince the public to take preventative measures like masking up and social distancing more seriously.
The challenge? People were sick of the doom and gloom messages hurled at them on a daily basis. How could we lighten the atmosphere while also encouraging habits that keep people healthy and thriving? Our answer—Thanks For Real, a campaign that rewarded real Tulsans who were spotted or nominated for doing the right thing. It introduced positive reinforcement and goodwill to spur behavioral change rather than guilt and fear-mongering.
